SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES NEEDED

• EXPERIENCE-5+ years designing novel algorithms and applied AIMLsolutions thatdrovemeasurable businessimpact.

• GENERATIVE AI EXPERTISE-ExperiencebuildingGenAIsolutions forreal-worlduse cases,withasolidgraspof agentic AIframeworks(LangChain, Google GenAI SDK,LlamaIndex, etc.).Expertisein leveraging GenAI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development cycles.

• DATA SCIENCETECH STACK-Expert knowledge of Python, standard packages(pandas,sklearn,etc.)and data cleaning/processing methodologies

• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT -Expertisein interacting and managing business stakeholders.

• COMMUNICATION-Excellent verbal and written communication skills,with experience presentingtechnical conceptstonon-technicalstakeholderswith clarity
