We're looking for an experienced AI Architect Senior Manager to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions, shape enterprise AI strategies, and help clients deploy AI responsibly at scale. You'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, data scientists, product specialists and industry experts to solve complex business challenges and deliver innovative outcomes.

This role is ideal for a technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with commercial awareness, strategic thinking and a passion for helping organisations realise the full value of AI.

What your days will look like:

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, resilient and aligned to client business objectives.
• Define end-to-end architectures for AI, data and cloud platforms, including LLMs, agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Shape technical delivery approaches, lead architectural discovery activities and provide technical oversight across complex AI transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Designers and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Embed responsible AI, governance, security, risk and compliance requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, develop technical roadmaps and drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI.

This role is for you if you have:

• Proven experience leading the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions within consulting, professional services or client-facing environments.
• Strong expertise in modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI, RAG architectures and AI-enabled applications.
• Experience designing enterprise AI platforms covering orchestration, governance, observability, model management and lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery across Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform, including security, integration and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, security, regulatory and compliance considerations within enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and non-technical audiences and lead cross-functional teams.
