About the Role

We are looking for an AI Architect with extensive experience to join our team and build cutting-edge AI solutions for the EU and Austrian health and public sectors. In this role, you will design and implement intelligent, reliable, and secure AI applications that drive innovation in highly regulated environments. You will focus heavily on pro-code development, leveraging your expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to solve complex, real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI Agents using Python-based frameworks.
  • Architect and implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines from scratch.
  • Integrate LLMs into public sector and healthcare applications while ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, "pro-code" Python scripts to drive complex AI functionalities.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to translate specific healthcare and public administration needs into technical AI solutions.

Qualifications

Core Requirements

Deep LLM Knowledge: Strong understanding of how Large Language Models work under the hood, including their capabilities and limitations.

  • Agentic AI Expertise: Proven practical experience in designing and developing Agentic AI systems.
  • Pro-Code Framework Experience: Hands-on experience developing AI Agents using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
  • Practical RAG Development: Solid programming skills to build and optimize RAG solutions natively in Python
  • RAG Theory: Thorough theoretical understanding of the Retrieval-Augmented Generation methodology (e.g., vector embeddings, chunking strategies, retrieval optimization).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Azure AI Services: Familiarity with Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Azure DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and project management within the Azure DevOps ecosystem.
  • Domain Knowledge: Any prior exposure to the strict data privacy and compliance standards of the EU/Austrian public or healthcare sectors (e.g., GDPR).
