Job Description

National Multifamily Owner and Developer is seeking an AI Architect to lead the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across company operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Determine where AI can create operational value across departments
  • Design AI workflows and system architecture
  • Select AI models/tools/platforms
  • Integrate AI into existing software ecosystems
  • Coordinate between executives, operations teams, software engineers, and vendors
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance
  • Evaluate ROI and develop the organization’s long-term AI roadmap aligned with business objectives

Qualifications include:
  • Experience in multifamily construction operations
  • Working knowledge of Procore / Autodesk / BIM / Bluebeam ecosystems
  • Understanding of scheduling, preconstruction workflows, document management, estimating, and development pipelines
  • Deep understanding of AI automation opportunities
