& Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and maintain full-stack features for innovation projects
  across the portfolio
• 
  Build reliable, scalable components that meet technical
  requirements and quality standards
• 
  Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve development
  efficiency and code quality
• 
  Work collaboratively with team members to implement experimental
  concepts into functional products
• 
  Contribute to technical discussions on architecture, frameworks,
  and implementation approaches
• 
  Learn from senior team members and adopt advanced development
  practices and emerging technologies
• 
  Support rapid prototyping efforts and participate in iterative
  development cycles
• 
  Take ownership of assigned features from development through
  deployment and basic monitoring

Required
Qualifications

• 
  3+ years of professional software engineering experience with
  production systems
• 
  Strong foundation in full-stack development (frontend frameworks,
  backend services, databases, cloud platforms)
• 
  Familiarity with AI code assistants (Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot,
  Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or similar) or willingness to learn
• 
  Proficiency in one or more programming languages and demonstrated
  ability to learn new technologies
• 
  Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  following established standards
