We are seeking a highly motivated AI Application Intern to support the Product Development Engineering (PDE) team within MSI Assembly This role focuses on applying AI/ML techniques to improve manufacturing efficiency, yield, and decision-making in semiconductor assembly operations.
The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams (PDE, Manufacturing, IT, Yield, and Equipment Engineering) to develop practical AI-driven solutions addressing real production challenges such as WIP optimization, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automation.
