We are looking for a hands-on AI Applications Engineer to help transform how work gets done across our organization through AI and intelligent automation.
Using Claude as our primary AI platform, you will partner primarily with G&A and business teams to identify manual, repetitive, and complex workflows and turn them into secure, scalable AI-powered applications, agents, and automations.
As a fintech and real estate technology company working closely with banks, mortgage servicers, and financial services partners, security, data privacy, governance, and compliance are critical. The solutions you build must not only improve efficiency but also be secure, controlled, auditable, and aligned with regulatory and client requirements.
Nice to Have
The good faith base salary [or wage] range for this role at the time of posting and hire is $145,000 to 165,000 per year. Actual compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for [list applicable: an annual performance bonus.
