This role is responsible for defining and executing ACS’s AI platform strategy, including prioritizing high-value use cases and managing a portfolio that delivers measurable impact. It identifies opportunities to enhance workflows and decision-making by applying AI across programs, while ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms and long-term technology strategy. The role also drives adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management, while maintaining strong governance, ethical standards, and privacy compliance.

This exempt position will report to the Associate Vice President in the Division of Information Technology. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $155,000 (commensurate with related experience).

Key Responsibilities:

AI Platform Strategy, Prioritization & Value Realization

  • Own and maintain the enterprise AI and automation use case portfolio
  • Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on value and feasibility
  • Develop and communicate a clear roadmap
  • Define success metrics and track value realization

Workflow Transformation & Adoption

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workflows and pain points
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making
  • Drive adoption through training, communication, and change enablement
  • Ensure solutions are usable and trustworthy for non-technical users

Platform Alignment & Governance

  • Ensure solutions are delivered through shared enterprise platforms
  • Partner with engineering and platform teams for scalability and reuse
  • Align with governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements

Additional Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of accountability for AI adoption
  • Support executive communication and decision making
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required.
  • At least 5-7+ years of related experience, including driving the rollout of an enterprise-wide digital transformation platform or strategic system implementation.
  • Strong AI and data literacy, both conceptual and practical; experience with AI platform strategy and use-case prioritization.
  • Experience with AI tools and platforms using agentic AI.
  • Skilled in stakeholder leadership and cross-functional influence; proven ability to drive organizational change.
  • Governance, risk, privacy and compliance awareness.
  • Clear and effective communicator, experience working with non-technical stakeholders.
