This is a client-facing role in the development of customer-centric business and loyalty marketing strategies by delivering best-in-class analytics insights. This role bridges client’s business problems with data,analyticsand results.

  • Subject Matter Expert in Loyalty & Marketing Analytics for the assigned client portfolio

  • Contribute to all phases of campaign management (ideation, planning, targeting, measurement, recommendation) with a focus in pre-analysis and post-analysis

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external business partners to understand external client’s business needs,proactivelyanticipatequestions, and ensure analytical outputs areaccurate, thorough, andinsight-driven

  • Clearly define analysis and campaign scope,objectives, targeting strategy, and measurement frameworks, ensuring all methodologies arewell-structured, validated, and able to withstand detailed review

  • Conducttimelycustomer analysis and campaign measurement toidentifyopportunities for clients to maximize the use of AIR MILES Reward Program to drive incremental sales

  • Deliver high-quality reporting with strong attention to detail, includingdata validation and reconciliation whererequired

  • Confidently present analysis results and recommendations in clear business language, effectively responding to detailed stakeholder questions and explaining assumptions,methodology, and implications.

  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in managing ad-hoc requests, troubleshooting discrepancies, and resolving data-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in any of the following: Statistics, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Math

  • Demonstrated understanding of loyalty marketing, customer segmentation, campaign management & predictive modeling concepts

  • 1-3 years of customer analysis / insight delivery experience in a complex data-driven organization

  • Hands-on proficient experience with SQL, Python, Databricks and Tableau, or comparable tools/languages

  • Expert in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) Retail and merchandising industry knowledge an asset

  • A strategic/analytical thinker who can link assigned tasks to the bigger picture

  • Problem solving skills coupled with the “can do” attitude

  • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills (verbal and written)

Salary

$56,000.00 - $103,500.00

Salaried

The above represents AIR MILES’ pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position.

AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards. AIR MILES also offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
