For that we are looking for highly talented AI Agents Engineer to join our journey.
You will design and build agent-based systems that automate complex healthcare workflows across the patient treatment journey.
You’ll work on creating intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and execute actions using tools, APIs, and external systems.
Your work will involve:
● Designing multi-agent architectures where specialized agents collaborate to complete complex tasks
● Developing tool-based agent capabilities that integrate with internal services, healthcare APIs, and third-party systems
● Designing prompting strategies, agent orchestration frameworks, and execution pipelines
● Implementing robust, observable, and production-grade AI systems
● Building evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure reliability and compliance
● Working with backend systems and cloud infrastructure to scale agent execution
● B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
● 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with strong programming skills in Node.js, Python, or similar backend languages,
building and operating complex, large-scale systems in cloud environments
● Strong system design skills and ability to translate product ideas into scalable architecture
● Experience building AI-powered systems using LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
● Experience designing automated workflows or tool-based AI systems that interact with APIs and external services
● Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills
● Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, explore new technologies quickly, and collaborate closely with product and engineering
teams
● High level of English
