You’ll develop and optimize agent systems that enhance customer experience, streamline internal workflows, and drive measurable outcomes in sales, service, and finance.
Responsibilities
Design and develop autonomous agents for dealership workflows including lead scoring, customer routing, service operations, and finance processes. Build and maintain agent chains that integrate with existing systems like DriveCentric CRM, service management platforms, and financial reporting tools. Test agents rigorously against business metrics and customer outcomes to ensure reliability and accuracy. Iterate on agent logic based on performance data and frontline feedback. Document agent architectures, decision logic, and integration points. Collaborate with the GM and executive team to identify high-value automation opportunities and prioritize development.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
Hands-on experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration tools. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, task queues, and cron-based automation. Comfort working with CRM platforms and operational data. Ability to translate business problems into agent architectures without over-engineering. Strong testing discipline with a bias toward measurable results over demos. Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Experience in retail, automotive, or customer-facing industries. Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLM APIs. Background in workflow automation or process improvement. Experience with VPS deployment, containerization, or serverless infrastructure.
