AI is transforming how organizations work, make decisions, and create value. At OSTP, we are moving from experimentation to real business impact, and we are now looking for an AI Agent Developer & Enablement Specialist to help lead that journey.

In this key role, you will combine technology, innovation, and business development by building AI agents, supporting users, and ensuring that AI is adopted in a secure, responsible, and scalable way across the organization. This is a group-level role that works across all business units and functions, requiring close collaboration and engagement throughout the organization.

About the Role

As an AI Agent Developer & Enablement Specialist, you will play a central role in OSTP's digital transformation. You will work closely with business functions to identify opportunities where AI can simplify workflows, save time, and create business value. At the same time, you will help ensure that AI solutions are developed and used according to clear standards for security, data protection, and governance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, testing, and deploying AI agents and AI-powered solutions.

• Identifying and prioritizing AI use cases together with business stakeholders.

• Creating reusable templates, workflows, prompts, and development patterns.

• Developing and maintaining OSTP's practical AI governance framework.

• Ensuring AI solutions comply with information security, data protection, and responsible AI requirements.

• Training, coaching, and supporting users, AI champions, and key stakeholders across the organization.

• Collaborating with IT, HR, business teams, and external partners to scale AI adoption in a controlled and sustainable manner.

Who Are We Looking For?

You likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Software development, automation, or IT solutions

• Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or AI agents

• Microsoft Power Platform

• Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions

• Integrations and data-driven solutions

• Business process improvement and digitalization

Experience in the following areas is considered an advantage:

• Copilot Studio

• Power Automate

• Azure AI

• Dynamics 365

• AI governance, GDPR, or information security

• EU AI Act and related regulatory frameworks

The position is based in Jakobstad, Finland or Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, with occasional travel to other OSTP locations as required.
