参与 AI Agent + 自动化测试工具 的开发，探索 AI 在测试场景中的实际应用； 参与测试业务 Agent、Skills、Tools 等能力的开发与维护； 参与自动化用例生成、测试脚本生成、问题检索、环境诊断等 AI 工具的开发； 参与测试工具链与 AI Agent 的集成，推动相关功能落地； 参与业务需求分析、方案设计、开发及测试。
职位要求
计算机、通信、电子、自动化等相关专业在校学生； 熟悉 Python / Go 等至少一种编程语言，具备基本的工程开发能力； 熟悉 Linux 基本操作，具备一定的问题排查能力； 熟悉 Git、Docker 等常用开发工具； 了解多线程/多进程、客户端/服务端等基础知识； 了解 LangChain / LangGraph / DSH 等 Agent 框架，有实际使用经验优先； 对 AI Agent、自动化测试、开发工具链 等方向感兴趣，具备较强的学习能力； 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队协作意识； 实习周期不少于 6个月，平均每周出勤5天； 已满足毕业要求优先。 加分项 有 AI Agent、自动化用例生成或测试脚本生成相关项目经验； 有测试工具链、自动化测试平台或测试框架开发经验； 有环境诊断、问题定位或自动恢复相关项目经验； 有汽车电子、车载软件或相关测试开发经验。
