职位描述
-参与 AI Agent（智能体）相关系统的设计、开发与迭代； -基于 LLM 技术栈（如 LangChain / LangGraph 等）构建智能体工作流； -参与 Agent 与飞书、企业微信等 IM 平台、外部 API 的集成开发； -参与产品需求分析、技术方案设计及文档撰写； -跟随团队进行敏捷开发，完成代码编写、测试与上线；
职位要求
计算机、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业研究生在读，2026 年及以后毕业； -熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（Python / TypeScript / Go 等）； -有 LLM / AI Agent / RAG 相关项目经验（请附项目说明或 GitHub 链接）； -了解常用 LLM API 调用及 Prompt Engineering； -良好的沟通协作能力和自驱力，能主动推进问题解决； -实习时间要求： 需保证持续在岗（除学校必要事宜外，尽量全职投入）； 加分项： -有 LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen 等框架实际使用经验； -有飞书/Lark 开放平台或 IM 机器人开发经验； -有开源项目贡献或个人技术博客；
