职位描述

1. 负责面向汽车测试场景的Agent平台架构设计与演进，主导Agentic-LiAT系统的Runtime架构规划与核心模块研发；
2. 设计并落地Agent Loop核心架构，包括工具调用链路、上下文管理、多轮会话、Session持久化、Checkpoint/Resume、错误恢复与降级策略等关键能力；
3. 主导Harness工程体系设计，涵盖System Prompt工程、Tool Schema规范、Middleware管线、Long-term Memory、行为评估与调优闭环，持续提升Agent输出质量与可控性；
4. 设计多Agent路由与协同架构，包括意图识别、任务编排、Agent间协议交互、不同编排模式（顺序/并行/层级/动态）的落地方案，并制定扩展性与可观测性标准；
5. 主导HITL（Human-in-the-loop）机制与被动触发链路架构设计，将Agent能力深度嵌入飞书、LiAT等业务工作流，确保人机协作体验流畅可靠；
6. 参与技术选型与标准制定，输出架构文档与最佳实践，推动团队Agent工程能力提升。

职位要求

1. 三年以上AI相关开发经验，Python工程能力突出，具备复杂系统架构设计与落地经验，熟悉REST API、异步任务、消息队列、数据库等多服务协作模式；
2. 深入理解Agent核心运行机制，包括工具调用、上下文窗口管理、多轮对话状态机、失败重试与回退策略等，能够系统性地分析、调优和解释Agent决策过程；
3. 具备优秀的源码阅读与架构拆解能力，能快速理解主流开源Agent框架（如 LangGraph、CrewAI、AutoGen、OpenAI Agents SDK 等）的核心设计并评估适用性；
4. 对LLM Agent、Multi-agent系统、Tool Use、Agent Harness Engineering等方向有深入理解和明确的技术判断力；
5. 良好的沟通协作能力，能推动跨团队技术方案对齐与落地。
加分项：
1. 有LLM Agent / Multi-agent系统在生产环境的完整落地经验，能清晰阐述架构决策、技术取舍及踩坑复盘；
2. 有MCP、A2A等Agent互操作协议的集成或设计经验；
3. 有Agent可观测性、评估体系（Eval/Benchmark）、安全与权限控制等方向的实践经验；
4. 有相关研究、论文发表、开源项目核心贡献，或AI for Software Engineering方向的深度实践；
5. 有汽车/自动驾驶/测试工程领域背景者优先。
