As our AI Adoption Partner, you will be instrumental in enabling and driving AI adoption and innovation across our engineering, product, and business teams.

What you will do:
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a AI Adoption Partner in the AI Adoption Team you will be in charge of:

- Employee upskilling & scalable enablement:
- Needs Assessment: collaborate with business leaders to identify specific AI skill gaps and learning needs.
- Training Program Design and Delivery: develop engaging and effective training curricula, workshops, and learning materials focused on practical AI applications. This includes topics such as machine learning fundamentals, deep learning concepts, responsible AI practices, LLMs and Agentic frameworks, etc. Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting to suit the needs of experienced technical audiences.
- Scalable Frameworks: Design playbooks and scorecards that allow business units to independently identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
- Staying Current: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
- Impact Assessment: define and track key metrics to evaluate the adoption rate, maturity, and effectiveness of enablement initiatives, iterating based on feedback.
- Org transformation and workflow support:
- Workflow Redesign Support: Partner with the People Team and business areas to support workflow redesign initiatives. Guide teams in mapping current structures and embedded AI technologies to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize operations.
- Strategic Assessment: Evaluate current organizational frameworks, governance models, and end-to-end operational processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Change Management: Work closely with the People Team to design and implement change strategies to ensure cultural and leadership alignment.

What you need to succeed:

- Background: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in tech consulting, product management, or agile transformation is highly valuable.
-Familiarity with the European tech landscape and relevant industry trends.
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong practical understanding of modern AI toolkits, LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and Agentic frameworks, with a clear focus on how to apply them to solve diverse business problems.
- Process & Org Design Knowledge: Familiarity with mapping business processes, analyzing workflows, and identifying opportunities where automation or AI can fundamentally optimise human output.
- Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for Teaching: Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops. A genuine passion for empowering others to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Mindset: A strategic, scale-oriented mindset. You don’t just want to build AI solutions for teams; you want to teach teams how to build and prioritise solutions for themselves-

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
- Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
- AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
