abra Cloud Division is seeking an AI Adoption & Business Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a business-oriented technology professional to help organizations identify, adopt, and realize value from Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, and intelligent business workflows.

This role combines business analysis, AI consulting, organizational enablement, and solution design. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating them into practical AI-driven solutions.

The position includes working directly with managers, business stakeholders, and employees, leading discovery workshops, adoption programs, training activities, and helping organizations implement AI-powered ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI discovery and adoption engagements within client organizations.
• Meet with business stakeholders, managers, and employees to understand existing workflows, challenges, and productivity opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and identify practical use cases for Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, and intelligent automation.
• Design AI adoption roadmaps and implementation plans tailored to organizational needs.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, webinars, and executive presentations.
• Guide organizations in the responsible, secure, and effective use of AI technologies.
• Build and support AI communities, champions programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within customer organizations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI Agents, Copilot solutions, and automation opportunities.
• Stay up to date on Microsoft Copilot capabilities, AI trends, and emerging use cases, and communicate relevant updates to customers.
• Create customer-facing content including newsletters, enablement materials, best practices, and AI use-case recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers, business stakeholders, or end users in consulting, implementation, customer success, business analysis, digital transformation, change management, training, or similar roles.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience leading workshops, training sessions, presentations, or enablement activities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and modern workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, automation platforms, or digital productivity solutions – an advantage.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technology solutions.
• Independent, proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic customer-facing environments.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.

• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, or AI Agents.
• Experience in organizational change management or technology adoption programs.
• Background in consulting, business analysis, project management, customer success, training, or digital transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
