
The Associate Director, AI Adoption & Change Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing the change management processes related to ongoing and future AI, digital, and technology advances implemented across Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) and the Development Asset Leads (DAL) organization, including AI initiatives, Planisware platform enhancements, workflow automation, and reporting modernization. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and integration of new systems and processes that will impact portfolio and program management operations across compony.
Change management leadership will be critical for AI initiatives, as they will change and evolve processes, roles, and responsibilities across the organization. The Associate Director will work closely with various departments across drug development — including PPM, DAL, AI Innovation, Data Stewardship, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Quality — to ensure that changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained, and that AI-enabled capabilities are translated into measurable business value.
You have a passion for change management and managing within the matrix. You have a strong understanding of AI, data, and technology capabilities, and of portfolio, program, and resource management processes within life sciences R&D. You are equally comfortable translating complex technical concepts for senior leaders and coaching everyday users through new ways of working.

The base compensation range for this role is: $144,000.00-$198,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
