HRThis is a hands-on position located in Nashville, TN and is not remote. This person must live within a commutable distance to Nashville. The AI Academy Program Lead will design, launch, and scale Bridgestone’s enterprise AI learning and workforce readiness program. This role is responsible for building an AI-fluent workforce that can confidently, responsibly, and ethically apply artificial intelligence in daily work. The Program Lead will connect learning strategy, responsible AI governance, adoption enablement, and measurable business value to help transform AI literacy from one-time training into a durable enterprise capability.
In addition, this role will serve as a strategic change enablement leader for enterprise AI adoption, helping define teammate personas, capability models, learning pathways, adoption strategies, and communication plans that support workforce transformation. The program Lead will partner across HR, Communications, It, Data & AI, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and business functions to ensure AI learning, governance, tool adoption, leadership readiness, and communication activities are coordinated into a cohesive enterprise AI experience.
This role will be accountable for shaping the long-term AI capability strategy, extending beyond required corporate training to include business, technical, leadership, and practitioner development program that help teammates continuously advance their AI maturity and achieve measurable business outcomes.
AI Academy Strategy & Operating Model
Own and lead the enterprise AI Academy strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned to business priorities, workforce needs, responsible AI standards, and value realization goals.
Establish and manage the AI Academy operating model, including course catalog, learning tracks, certifications or badges, office hours, workshops, communities of practice, train-the-trainer programs, and executive enablement sessions.
Develop and maintain a multi-year AI workforce readiness strategy that aligns learning investments with enterprise transformation priorities and emerging AI opportunities.
Continuously monitor external AI trends, regulatory expectations, learning practices, tool changes, and emerging risks to keep the AI Academy current and relevant.
Curriculum & Learning Programs
Develop curriculum pathways covering AI foundations, generative AI, prompt engineering, approved AI tools, use-case discovery, workflow redesign, responsible AI, data privacy, security, governance, and change adoption. Design and scale personas AI learning journeys for broad teammate populations, people leaders, functional teams, practitioners, power users, and technical enablement teams. Partner with third-party vendor(s) and subject matter experts to create practical, business-relevant learning experiences that help teammates apply AI effectively in their daily work. Lead pilots, workshops, and capability-building sessions that accelerate AI maturity across business functions and regions. Translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, business-relevant learning experiences for technical and non-technical audiences.
Change Enablement & Adoption
Serve as the AI Academy change enablement lead by developing adoption strategies, audience readiness plans, stakeholder engagement approaches, reinforcement mechanisms, and behavior-change programs that help teammates move from awareness to confident, responsible AI usage. Own, in partnership with Communication and HR, the AI Academy communication strategy and communication calendar. Coordinate the timing, targeting, and sequencing of AI-related communications to reduce message overlap and improve teammate clarity Develop communication toolkits, newsletters, launch materials, leadership messaging, success stories, learning campaigns, and engagement content that support AI adoption. Drive adoption through practical playbooks, templates, prompt libraries, communications, events, workshops, and change-management campaigns. Define and track program effectiveness through participation, completion, proficiency, certification, adoption, behavior change, productivity impact, risk reduction, and business outcomes.
