职位描述
岗位定位： 车控AIAgent产品经理,整车车控(外饰、空调、座椅、驾乘等)方向。 岗位职责： 1.参与车控AlAgent产品规划、方案设计与版本选代,联动整车硬件控制别与座舱数字体验,实现车控能力的Agent化调度； 2.搭建、落地Agent效果评估体系,依托数据复盘功能表现,持续定位体验问题、选代优化Agent能力； 3.跟踪大模型、车载Al行业前沿技术,探索新技术在车控场景的落塔地可能性,挖掘全新智能用车场景； 4.协助承接需求整理、体验走查、问题跟进等产品基础工作,推动体验问题闭环。
职位要求
1.必须有驾照,日常上路经验丰富； 2.理解大模型与AIAgent基础原理,熟悉Prompt、Skill编排、Agen评估,能够与算法合作进行模型后训练； 3.了解汽车行业与智能车控,对车载AI赛道有好奇心,学习能力强,能快速跟进新技术； 4.擅长借助各类AI工具提效,愿意探索用AI优化产品工作流； 5.理解车控业务场景,具备用户体验敏感度,善于挖掘用户真实需求,能够跟进体验问题、推动闭环； 6.实习期不少于3个月,每周实习4天及以上。
