职位描述
1、作为业务模块 Owner，主动识别问题、调研验证方案，协调资源推进交付并跟踪业务效果。 2、负责后端服务、数据模型与系统集成，保障业务正确性、性能与稳定性。 3、开发大模型与 Agent 应用，完成前端页面、AI 交互及前后端联调，推动功能上线。 4、负责测试、AI 评测与生产运维，持续改善应用效果、响应时延和调用成本。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先；具备 1—2年开发经验，有后端业务模块及 AI 应用的开发、上线经验； 2、熟练掌握 Java、Python 或 Go 中至少一种语言及主流框架，熟悉接口、事务、并发与异步任务设计，能够处理重试、幂等及异常恢复； 3、熟悉 MySQL 或 PostgreSQL、Redis 及消息队列的常见场景，具备数据建模、索引设计和性能优化能力； 4、掌握 JavaScript 或 TypeScript，熟悉 React 或 Vue，能够独立完成业务页面与接口联调； 5、熟练使用 Qoder、Claude Code、Codex 等至少一种 AI 编程工具，能够组织项目上下文与提示词，并审查、测试和修正生成代码； 6、理解意图识别、任务规划（Plan）、工具调用、执行循环（Agent Loop）及终止条件，了解 ReAct、上下文与记忆管理，能判断 Agent 与固定工作流的适用场景； 7、理解检索增强生成（RAG）与知识库构建流程，了解文档解析与切分、向量嵌入（Embedding）、向量数据库、混合检索及重排序，关注检索质量、知识更新与权限控制； 8、具备部署、线上排障与 AI 评测能力，能够校验结构化输出，处理模型幻觉、限流超时及工具调用失败等生产问题。 加分项 有机器人、智能座舱等端云结合场景的开发或落地经验。 有优秀 Agent 项目的核心开发经验，项目已实际落地，并取得可验证的用户持续使用、效率提升或业务成效。
