【工作內容】

  1. 維護與優化企業知識庫與 RAG 系統。
  2. 建立企業客戶知識庫、RM 個人知識庫與客戶知識管理機制。
  3. 整合會議紀錄、拜訪紀錄、客戶資訊、產品資訊與內部文件。
  4. 建立客戶時間軸（Timeline）與事件管理能力。
  5. 建立 Customer 360、Relationship Intelligence 與客戶關聯分析能力。
  6. 建立 Knowledge Graph、GraphRAG 及多跳推理（Multi-hop Retrieval）能力。
  7. 優化 Grounding、Citation、Hallucination 與多輪對話品質。
  8. 建立 AI Evaluation Framework、Benchmark Dataset 與品質監控機制。
  9. 分析 AI 回答錯誤原因並提出改善方案。
  10. 協助未來地端模型導入與品質驗證。

【其他條件】

  1. 大學(含)以上，資訊工程相關、資訊管理相關、數學及電算機科學學科類
  2. 2~5年軟體開發經驗
  3. 曾參與 AI、RAG、搜尋系統、知識庫或是Chatbot 專案
  4. 須具備以下能力：
  • Python 開發能力。
  • SQL 與資料處理能力。
  • REST API 開發經驗。
  • Git 版本控制經驗。
  • Docker 基礎能力。
  • Linux 基礎能力。
  • RAG 或向量檢索相關經驗。
  • Embedding、Vector Database 或 Hybrid Search 基礎概念。
  • Prompt Engineering 經驗。
  • Metadata 設計或文件結構化處理經驗。
  • Grounding、Citation 或 Hallucination 等品質議題分析能力。
  • 能獨立分析 AI 錯誤根因並提出改善方案。
