职位描述 岗位职责： 1、选题：分析AI短剧作品流行趋势，把控实时热点，输出选题策划，为剧本创作指明方向； 2、创作：分析和总结写作框架，指导内外部编剧进行剧本创作，辅助编剧定位人群、提炼剧本爆款点、设置付费卡点； 3、精修：对剧本进行精修，使其卖点更加突出，不断提升剧本的商业价值 审核：与导演对接，对漫剧成片质量进行审核并给出修改意见，保证其对剧本的还原度
职位要求
岗位要求： 1、在小说、短剧、漫剧任意赛道具有成功经验，带出过好的作品； 2、对漫剧行业和市场需求有较为深入的了解和认知； 3、拥有良好的文字功底、填密的逻辑思维，擅长提炼内容看点，有剧本大纲或剧本创作经验;
