职位描述
岗位职责： 1.负责小说/IP的产品化改编。需主导建立AI写作工作流， 熟练运用前沿AI大语言模型（如gemini/Claude等），设计Prompt，快速输出符合短视频节奏、具备视觉张力的漫剧/短剧分镜脚本。 2.基于市场洞察，深度拆解竞品爆款（题材、付费点、情绪钩子等），通过数据分析制定改编策略，为分镜设计提供强支撑。 3.与导演/动画、后期团队紧密协作，确保文字能被AI工具高效转化为高质量的画面与视频。 4.跟踪内容上线后的数据表现，定期复盘，将数据反馈转化为内容迭代策略，不断优化选题方向与剧本结构，寻找新的增量机会。
职位要求
任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，编剧/传媒/传播学等相关专业，数据分析和有一定了解。 2、必须对AI工具有实操经验，能利用AI工具流解决内容创作中的痛点。 3、熟悉短剧/漫剧的快节奏叙事逻辑，对爽点、痛点、付费卡点有极高的敏感度（有短视频、短剧等内容实操经验者优先）。 4、具备良好的的沟通协调能力，和自驱力，对新知识、新工具、新模式保持强烈的好奇心。
