【主要职责】 1. 根据动画团队给到的原素材独立完成漫剧的剪辑。 2. 在成片的基础上按照意见反馈进行统一修改，加快成片的节奏，充分带动受众的情绪。 3. 对短剧集的表达有自己的观察和见解，熟练掌握短视频产品的视听语言； 4. 十足网感、乐感，具备将素材“讲成故事”的能力，强沟通力。
职位要求
【任职要求】 1. 无短剧剪辑相关经验但试剪考核通过者可录用，有短剧原片剪辑经验、熟悉短剧平台视频剪辑要求者优先； 2. 熟练使用PR等专业剪辑软件； 3. 具备良好的内容创意与审美能力，思路清晰、逻辑性强； 4. 能精准梳理剧本逻辑，通过视频创意、镜头运用、画面质感等呈现内容核心，有效传递给观众； 5. 具备短剧内容优化分析能力，能结合项目需求输出最优剪辑方案。
