职位描述
1、负责海外短剧的内容选题，结合市场热点、平台调性及受众偏好，制定具有传播潜力的内容方向。 2、定期分析竞品及爆款案例，输出选题报告及内容优化策略。 3、熟练运用AI工具（如ChatGPT、DeepSeek等）生成剧本初稿，并基于经验、用户反馈及数据优化剧情结构、台词对白及角色设定。 4、把控剧本节奏，确保符合短视频平台特性（如1-3分钟短剧的强冲突、快节奏、高反转）。 5、与后期团队紧密配合，指导视觉化呈现，确保剧本与画面表现力高度匹配。 6、参与内容上线后的数据复盘，根据播放量、完播率、互动率等调整后续内容策略。
职位要求
1、2年以上短剧编剧/短视频编导经验，有成功案例者优先。 2、熟悉AI文本生成工具，能通过Prompt工程高效产出符合要求的剧本框架。 3、能精准捕捉用户爽点，擅长设计强冲突、高代入感剧情。 4、能通过工具分析内容趋势，以数据驱动创作决策。 5、适应快节奏生产，能同时推进多项目并保证内容质量。
