职位描述
岗位职责 1、基于人工智能模型及相关工具，开发与配置面向公关传播业务的自动化应用与提效工具；负责已上线工具与流程的日常运维，监控运行状态，及时排查与修复问题。 2、参与营销内容生成的调教与提升：包括提示词设计与调优、流程梳理、效果验证与迭代，持续保障自动化生产质量。 3、使用低代码 / 协作办公平台如飞书的工作流自动化能力，将重复、固定、跨系统的人工流程做成自动化，覆盖在线表格、消息 / 群组、与外部协同等环节，减少人工、提升时效。 4、搭建并维护数据采集、清洗、同步的自动化能力，支撑自动化分析报告等场景，打通业务系统与协作工具之间的数据流转。 5、与周边部门及 IT / 技术团队紧密协作，参与推进系统开发，参与需求分析、方案设计等项目工作。
职位要求
任职要求 1、本科以上，专业不限；对 AI 与数字化工具有真实的兴趣和热情。 2、能熟练使用先进 AI 工具完成实际工作；熟悉飞书、Coze 等协作 / 低代码平台的工作流与自动化功能。 3、逻辑清晰、做事细致、主动靠谱、学得快，了解技术和营销业务语言，能与各方顺畅沟通协作。 加分项 1、有过用 AI 工具或低代码 / 自动化搭建小工具、小流程的实际经历（工作、实习、个人项目均可）。 2、了解编程或脚本（如 Python），或具备大数据深度分析项目经验。 3、有内容运营、系统 / 流程支撑、项目协调等相关经验。
