职位描述
岗位职责： 1、将 AI 技术落地到Unity引擎游戏研发管线，通过 AI 能力优化生产流程，提升项目整体研发产能； 2、设计并开发基于 AI Agent 的研发工具链，包括但不限于美术资产生成、代码生成、代码审查、自动化测试与性能优化、策划配置生成等游戏生产环节； 3、与策划、美术、程序各研发团队合作，定制适配业务的 AI 工具工作流，参与重构工业化研发管线，探索 AI 驱动的敏捷游戏研发模式； 4、搭建、迭代统一 AI 工具门户入口，打磨产品使用体验，降低策划、美术等一线研发人员的使用门槛，推动工具规模化落地； 5、基于大模型 / Agent 能力搭建和持续迭代团队知识沉淀体系，实现经验、文档、问题方案复用，提升问题排查效率与新人上手速度。 任职资格： 1、硕士及以上，计算机/AI/软件工程相关专业，3年以上软件开发经验； 2、对大模型、AI Agent 应用抱有强烈热情，乐于主动探索 AI 技术，习惯用 AI 思路发现并解决研发中的实际问题； 3、拥有 AI+游戏研发提效相关管线/工具的搭建、效果评估与业务落地实战经验者优先； 4、能够独立完成 AI 工具原型开发，具备基础工程实现能力，可推动Demo向内部生产工具演进； 5、良好沟通协作能力，可以对齐策划、美术、程序多方反馈，持续迭代工具能力。 加分项： 1、有 Unity 项目研发、编辑器扩展、游戏内部工具开发经验； 2、熟悉 Agent 相关框架（LangChain / LlamaIndex / Dify 等）、RAG 知识库、向量数据库； 3、有内部平台、工作流编排、自动化工具建设经历。
