职位描述
岗位职责 负责AI中台日常产品运营，制定并落实阶段性运营计划，保障各项运营工作有序推进。 理解内部用户及业务场景，收集和分析需求与反馈，推动问题解决和需求闭环。 建设和维护用户运营、内容运营及知识运营体系，提升产品使用效率和用户体验。 分析产品使用及运营数据，识别问题和改进机会，推动产品与运营机制持续优化。 协同产品、技术和业务团队，推进重点运营事项及相关项目落地。 任职要求 硕士以上学历，具有3年左右产品运营或平台运营相关经验。 具备良好的用户理解、需求分析和项目推进能力，能够独立推动事项闭环。 具备良好的沟通协调和结构化表达能力，能够与不同职能团队有效协作。 具备基础的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题并提出改进建议。 对AI产品有实际使用经验和基本理解。 工作细致、主动负责，具备较强的执行力和结果意识。 加分项 有AI平台、大模型或技术型产品的实际运营经验。 具备一定的技术理解能力，能够理解接口、数据或自动化工具。 有丰富的AI工具使用经验
