职位描述
1、基于公司战略、行业洞察与技术趋势，制定公司中长期产品战略规划、技术研究规划，牵引并分解到各业务部的产品规划、中台技术规划和技术研究规划。 2、基于产品规划与新业务孵化需求，梳理公司核心产品能力、技术能力缺口，牵引公司级产品中台、技术中台的建设与迭代。 3、跟踪全球人形机器人、具身智能、 AI 大模型、Agent等领域的产品创新、技术创新、场景落地趋势，开展竞品分析，为产品规划与新业务孵化提供决策支撑。 4、深度调研工业、商用、消费级等不同场景的客户需求，定义差异化产品竞争力，制定产品商业化落地路径。 5、跟踪全球人形机器人、具身智能硬件领域的前沿技术与竞品动态，预判硬件技术发展趋势，持续优化产品规划，构建硬件技术与产品壁垒。
职位要求
1、5 年以上机器人、智能硬件产品管理经验，主导过至少一款从0到1并成功量产上市的机器人（人形机器人优先）或同等复杂度的智能硬件产品。 2、熟悉硬件产品的完整开发流程，包括但不限于结构设计、硬件选型、供应链管理及生产制造等环节。 3、对具身智能和机器人技术有深刻理解，精通感知、控制、规划、人机交互等核心技术领域。 4、具备卓越的逻辑思维、系统分析、沟通协调和专业文档撰写能力。
