职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业，研发相关工作经验。 2.核心要求：精通至少1种主流AI Coding工具（Codex，ClaudeCode，OpenCode，TREA等），有丰富的工具实操经验，能熟练运用工具完成代码生成、调试、重构等工作，熟悉工具的高级用法。 3.熟悉多种编程语言（C++，Python，Go，Rust，Java等），具备扎实的编码基础，能理解研发流程与编码规范，快速适配不同研发场景的工具应用需求。 4.具备良好的流程优化能力，能结合研发场景，梳理AI Coding工具落地流程，发现并解决工具应用中的各类实操问题。 5.具备优秀的沟通表达、培训赋能能力，能清晰传递工具使用技巧，开展全员培训，推动工具在团队内的普及与深度应用。 6.有研发效率提升、工具落地推广相关经验者优先，具备良好的学习能力，能快速跟进新型AI Coding工具的迭代与应用。 7.工作严谨细致，有责任心，善于总结归纳，能沉淀工具应用经验，推动团队研发效率持续提升。
