职位描述
1、深入了解市场需求、用户痛点和竞争态势，从IoT角度规划智能充电储能产品； 2、深入充电储能产品的用户场景，熟悉用户旅程，挖掘潜在需求场景，规划产品功能； 3、收集、整理和分析其他来自用户、业务团队、市场等各方面的需求，转化为产品需求和功能特性； 4、撰写详细的产品需求文档(PRD)并与设计、开发、测试等团队紧密合作，推动产品的迭代开发，确保按时交付高质量的产品； 5、关注用户反馈和数据分析，不断优化产品的用户体验，提升用户满意度和留存率。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历,计算机相关相关专业优先； 2、具有6年以上IoT产品设计经验，有成功的产品上线和运营案例，具备充电储能类产品相关经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握产品设计工具(如Axure、Sketch等)和项目管理工具(如Jira、Trello等)； 4、拥有良好的用户同理心和创新能力； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
