职位描述
1、电商业务理解与需求洞察：梳理和理解电商核心业务流程，识别业务痛点，提出可落地的业务流程提效方案； 2、产品原型快速验证：运用vibe-coding能力（借助Claude Code/Cursor等AI编程工具）将产品想法快速转化为可交互原型，参与商品管理、库存运营、销售看板等业务模块建设； 3、产品功能落地：运用vibe-coding能力实现电商平台产品的落地，并沉淀可复用的提示词与工程模板； 4、跨部门协同推进：配合产品、运营和业务方，快速验证提效场景的可行性，参与技术方案评估与选型，持续迭代优化。
职位要求
1、学历背景：计算机/软件工程/信息系统/统计等数理专业优先，大三/大四或研究生在读； 2、业务理解：对电商行业的业务流程感兴趣，愿意思考现有业务流程的优化空间，并提出可落地的优化方案； 3、技术基础：熟练掌握SQL和Python等数据分析工具，理解HTTP、API、数据库等基础技术概念； 4、AI Coding 能力：熟悉 Cursor、Claude Code、Copilot 等AI编程工具，有自己动手做过的AI项目或Demo； 5、项目经验：有实际的AI开发项目经历（课程设计、开源项目、个人项目均可）优先，有接口、脚本或后端服务开发经验者优先； 6、沟通表达能力：具有良好的沟通表达能力，能拆解复杂或模糊的问题，并形成可以落地的解决方案； 7、自驱与学习力：具有较好的自驱能力和学习能力，面对新领域能快速上手，能按时高效地完成手上的任务； 8、Ownership 意识：工作闭环能力强，对交付结果负责，能主动推动问题落地解决。
