职位描述
· 负责大模型推理服务及AI产品的测试策略制定与执行，覆盖功能、性能、准确性等维度 · 搭建模型评测体系，设计评测数据集与评测指标，对模型能力进行系统化评估 · 构建自动化测试框架与持续集成流水线，支撑模型迭代的高效验证 · 负责推理服务的压力测试、稳定性测试与性能基准测试，发现并推动解决性能瓶颈 · 参与bad case分析与回归验证，推动模型质量持续提升
职位要求
· 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、信息等相关专业，1年以上相关经验 · 精通Python，熟悉至少一种自动化测试框架（pytest/unittest等） · 理解大模型基础架构（Transformer/注意力机制/Token化等），熟悉LLM推理流程 · 具备性能测试经验，熟悉压测工具（Locust/JMeter/wrk等）及分析方法 加分项（非必需） · 有大模型评测、对齐（RLHF/DPO）或Prompt工程相关实践经验 · 熟悉vLLM/TensorRT-LLM等推理框架，了解其内部机制 · 有GPU推理性能测试经验，熟悉CUDA相关工具（Nsight等） · 具备数据挖掘或NLP算法基础，能自主构建评测数据集 · 在AI质量保障方向有方法论沉淀，参与过开源评测框架贡献
