职位描述

一、AI 渲染算法研究与工程化
1. 神经超分辨率（Neural Super Sampling）：参与 NSS / XSR / DLSS 类算法在移动 GPU 的移植与优化，覆盖游戏（原神、王者、和平精英、绝区零）与系统 UI 场景；
2. 神经插帧（Neural Frame Generation）：参与 NFRU / AIFI / DLFG 类算法研究，实现 60→120fps 补帧，兼顾延迟与画质；
3. 神经降噪与光追加速：Neural Denoiser、ReSTIR、Neural Irradiance Cache 等算法与硬件光追（RTAO / RT Shadows / RT Reflections / RT GI）协同优化；
4. 生成式材质与 UI：端侧 Diffusion 模型生成动态壁纸、材质、图标；LLM → GLSL/AGSL Shader 自动生成；
5. 3DGS / 4DGS：3D Gaussian Splatting、Dynamic Gaussian 在移动端的实时渲染与压缩；
二、软硬件协同优化
6. 与SoC芯片团队（GPU/NPU/DPU/XUPE）协同，将神经网络算子下沉到硬件加速单元；优化 GPU-NPU 数据流；
7. 参与神经渲染专用算子的 Compute Shader / Vulkan Cooperative Matrix / NPU 算子实现与调优；

职位要求

1、本科及以上应届生，计算机科学、人工智能、图像图形学、数字媒体技术、软件工程、自动化、应用数学、物理、电子信息工程等相关专业；
2、熟悉计算机图形学基础：光栅化管线 / 光线追踪、PBR、坐标变换、Shader 编程- 熟悉常见神经网络架构：CNN、Transformer、Diffusion Model、NeRF、Gaussian Splatting中的至少 2 种；
3、加分项（有一项即可，多项优先）
- 在 SIGGRAPH / SIGGRAPH Asia / NeurIPS / ICLR / CVPR / ICCV / ECCV / TOG / TVCG / TPAMI发表过论文（一作或核心贡献者）；
- 有神经渲染相关研究/项目经验：NeRF、Gaussian Splatting、Neural Radiance Cache、Neural Denoiser、DLSS/FSR/XeSS 复现等；
- 有 Diffusion 模型 / 生成式 AI 相关经验：Stable Diffusion 训练/微调、ControlNet、LoRA、图像/视频生成；
- 熟悉 GPU 架构与计算：CUDA、Compute Shader、Vulkan Compute、TensorCore、Cooperative Matrix；
有 GPU kernel 优化经验。
