职位描述

1、参与AI应用类产品的体验设计与工作流实践，围绕业务场景、用户任务和关键体验问题，将AI工具应用于设计流程中，辅助完成资料检索、竞品分析、需求拆解、方案发散、原型辅助、代码理解及Demo构建等工作；
2、关注AI Coding、智能体协作、多模态交互、企业知识问答、自动化工作流等方向的产品体验趋势，输出竞品分析、案例研究和设计建议；
3、与产品、研发、算法、测试等角色协作，推动设计方案落地，并通过体验走查、问题清单、用户反馈等方式持续优化产品体验；
4、沉淀 AI 产品体验设计方法、组件规范、交互模式、设计文档和最佳实践，提升团队在AI应用方向的设计效率和质量。
加分项：
1、有 AI Coding、智能体、企业 AI 助手、知识库问答、RAG、工作流自动化、多模态产品等相关项目经验；
2、有通过 AI 工具辅助完成 Demo、网页原型、交互原型、数据分析、研究报告或设计系统搭建的经历；
3、对复杂系统设计、B端产品、企业内部工具、研发效能工具、机器人产品体验有兴趣或项目经验。

职位要求

1、2026届本科或研究生，用户体验、人机交互、交互设计、工业设计、计算机、信息管理、人工智能、产品设计等相关专业优先；
2、有AI工具实际使用经验，能将大模型工具应用于资料检索、竞品分析、需求理解、用户研究整理、方案发散、文案优化、原型辅助、代码辅助理解等设计工作流程中；
3、具备较好的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力，能将复杂业务信息整理为任务流、对话流程、智能体执行流程、功能结构、问题清单或设计方案；
4、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，能与产品、研发、算法等角色进行高效协作，主动推进问题闭环；
5、有较强的学习意愿和自驱力，能适应AI产品快速变化、边界不完全清晰、方案需要持续迭代的工作节奏。
