职位描述

岗位使命
作为电池运营AI架构师，负责构建和带领技术团队，制定和落地AI战略，打造全球领先的电池资产智能运营与管理体系。基于对电池机理与工艺的深刻理解，应用先进AI算法与智能体，确保从电池生产、使用到最终回收的每一个环节，都能实现安全、高效、可持续与价值最大化。
核心职责
1. 电池运营AI战略与体系构建：
- 制定电池领域AI技术中长期演进路线图，主导构建行业领先的电池AI算法中台和数字化运营底座。
- 规划并落地 Agentic AI 在企业级的应用战略，实现电池资产管理的智能决策。
2. 电池AI算法与应用开发：
- 领导开发高精度的电池算法模型，重点攻坚电池状态估计（SOX）、寿命预测、故障预警、安全预警等核心模型。
- 创新AI技术应用：将深度学习等AI技术与业务 AI Agent 深度结合，探索其在电池机理建模、异常检测、运营优化、残值动态评估等场景的落地应用。
3. 全链路数据洞察与技术协同：
- 打通研发端、制造端、运营端全链路数据，规划并获取算法与 Agent 所需的多元数据，建立高质量的数据架构与特征工程体系。
- 与电池研发部门紧密合作，将运营端数据与洞察反馈至电池设计、BMS开发环节，实现闭环优化。
- 支持服务体系，为其提供用于用户电池健康报告等的核心算法与工具。
4. 全生命周期电池运营管理：
- 建立电池资产的实时监控、健康度评级与价值评估体系。
- 研究并优化电池回收的经济与技术模型。
5. 团队与行业引领：
- 组建并培养一支具备电池技术、数据科学、算法开发、Agentic AI 能力的复合型专家团队。
- 跟踪全球电池和AI技术前沿，确保技术路线的领先性。

职位要求

1. 教育背景：
- 硕士及以上学历，电化学、材料科学、电气工程、车辆工程、计算机科学、数据科学或相关专业。
2. 经验要求：
- 8年以上电池系统相关工作经验，深刻理解电芯、BMS、热管理、电气架构等电池系统的机理、工艺与失效模式。
- 5年以上电池核心算法（如SOX估计、寿命预测、安全预警）的实际开发与落地经验，具备将机器学习与电池物理模型相结合解决实际问题的成功经验。拥有大规模车队、高频充换电网络或储能场景数据应用经验者优先。
- 深刻理解大模型在垂直企业场景的破局点，熟悉 Agent 构建框架，有从0到1企业级 AI Agent 落地经验是重要加分项。
- 3年以上团队管理或关键技术领导经验。
