【工作內容】
1.負責規劃設計行動銀行及網路銀行共用、金流等各項功能與交易機制，包含流程設計、規劃、測試與上線。
2.能透過數據洞察客戶分群與挖掘客戶需求偏好，發想數據與AI應用結合，自主提出提案、推出並進行後續觀察與優化。
3.客戶聲音收集及分析回饋，協助提升客戶體驗。
【資格條件】
1.具金融數位平台2年以上、生成式AI應用導入1年以上相關規劃經驗(負責金流、共用設計佳)
2.具數據、電商工作經驗佳
3.具良好溝通能力、團隊合作能力、關注數位與AI發展趨勢
4.具獨立作業與數據分析經驗佳(熟悉SQL、Tableau、GA等分析工具)
