AI资深产品专家——智能制造领域上海社招全职产品本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1. AI算法开发与优化：
• 负责智能制造场景中的人工智能算法研发，包括但不限于机器学习、深度学习、强化学习等领域的算法设计与实现。
• 针对生产过程中的生产节拍、质量检测、故障预测、工艺优化、设备利用率等问题，开发高效的 AI 模型，提升生产效率与产品质量。
• 持续优化现有 AI 模型的性能，确保模型在大规模生产环境中的稳定性和准确性。
2. 数据处理与分析：
• 收集、整理和分析来自生产设备、传感器、生产管理系统等多源数据，为 AI 模型训练提供高质量的数据支持。
• 运用数据挖掘技术，发现数据中的潜在规律和价值，为智能制造决策提供数据依据。
3. 系统集成与部署：
• 将 AI 模型与现有的智能制造系统（如 MES、SCADA、ELM 等）进行无缝集成，实现智能化的生产流程控制。
• 支持 AI 系统的部署、调试和维护工作，确保系统在实际生产环境中稳定运行。
4. 项目实施与支持：
• 参与智能制造项目的实施过程，与客户、合作伙伴紧密合作，确保项目按时交付并达到预期效果。
• 为客户提供技术支持和培训，帮助客户理解和应用 AI 技术，提升客户满意度。
5. 前沿技术研究与创新：
• 关注智能制造领域的人工智能前沿技术动态，积极参与相关技术研究和创新工作，推动公司在智能制造 AI 领域的革新。职位要求1.教育背景：
• 计算机科学、自动化、电子信息、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 专业技能：
• 熟练掌握 Python、C++ 等编程语言，具备良好的编程能力和代码规范。
• 熟悉常用的人工智能框架（如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等），能够独立开发和优化 AI 模型。
• 了解机器学习、深度学习、强化学习等 AI 算法原理，具备实际项目应用经验者优先。
• 熟悉数据处理和分析工具（如 Pandas、NumPy、Matplotlib 等），能够对大规模数据进行清洗、预处理和分析。
• 了解智能制造相关技术（如工业物联网、MES 系统、自动化生产线等），具备工业场景 AI 应用经验者优先。
3. 工作经验：
• 3 年以上人工智能相关工作经验，有智能制造领域 AI 项目经验者优先。
