招聘实习生（AI方向）北京实习职能 - 人力&行政职位描述一、AI顶尖人才 Sourcing 与深度挖掘
1.协助通过招聘网站（如 BOSS 直聘、猎聘）、行业社群、脉脉、LinkedIn 等渠道，定向搜索符合岗位需求的候选人（主要为核心算法类岗位，具体方向可根据团队需求调整）;
2.初步筛选候选人简历；
3.建立候选人资源库，对优质候选人进行标签化分类，便于后续精准触达；
二、信息与数据整理分析
1.负责招聘全流程数据记录与整理；
2.协助统计招聘关键数据；
三、招聘流程协作支持
1.协助发送面试邀约；
2.跟进面试后反馈；
3.协助完成招聘相关行政工作；
4.参与AI提效工具建设与优化工作。职位要求1.有自动驾驶、科技行业招聘/猎头实习经验，接触过 Sourcing 工作者优先；
2.熟悉某一领域（如互联网技术、自动驾驶技术、AI技术）人才特点，或有相关行业社群资源者优先；
3.学历与专业：硕士在读，专业不限；
4.具备基础的信息检索能力，能快速学习使用各类招聘工具，擅长从多渠道挖掘候选人信息；
5.细心严谨，对数据敏感，能熟练使用 Excel（如 VLOOKUP、数据筛选、报表制作）进行信息整理与统计；
6.沟通表达清晰，有耐心，能礼貌、高效地与候选人进行初步沟通，准确传；
7.有责任心，能按时完成分配的 Sourcing 与数据整理任务，不拖延、不敷衍。投递
