岗位职责
1、AI 教育产品内容研发：深入 AI 教育领域，结合用户需求与行业趋势，参与公司少儿AI 教育产品内容的规划与开发，使产品内容具有创新性、实用性与趣味性；
2、内容体系搭建：设计科学合理的课程体系，制定教学计划与内容大纲，通过AI技术简化复杂知识内容，提升学习效果，优化学习内容；
3、内部协作：与产品、技术、设计等团队紧密合作，参与 AI 教育产品的全流程开发，提供专业的教研、内容支持，确保产品功能与内容的良好结合；
4、行业研究与创新：关注 AI 教育行业动态与前沿技术，为团队输出新鲜热点或报告，探索新的教学模式与内容形式，持续公司产品创新提供思路及方向。
任职要求
1、5年+少儿英语教研经历，有互联网少儿英语教研背景或AI英语产品研发经验优先；
2、深刻理解教育内核，具备优秀的课程设计与内容创作能力，具备0-1课程体系搭建经验或成功案例；
3、海外教育或工作背景，熟悉国际教育理念或模式优先；
4、较强的文案撰写、学习、创新及协作能力，热爱教育行业、对推动AI教育发展有热情；
5、接受创业团队工作习惯/强度；
6、近1-2年有AI方向工作/项目经历优先；
