岗位职责
- 将教学实践转化为可复用的AI教学策略。
- 基于教学标准对AI Tutor的输出结果进行评测，提供具体可执行的优化建议。
- 与产品经理和工程师协作，用清晰易懂的方式传递教学理念，共同提升AI互动质量。
- 建立教学数据标注规范，管理标注工作，为AI模型训练提供数据支撑。
- 监测AI伴学产品使用情况，收集用户反馈，推动功能持续迭代升级。
岗位要求
- 3–5年英文教学经验，有少儿英语教学背景者优先(必要条件)
- 英语接近母语水平或具备极强的英文表达能力(必要条件)
- 能够将复杂的教学理念转化为工程师和产品经理易于理解的语言。
- 对教学充满热情，每节课都能带给学生积极投入的学习体验。
- 对AI工具和教育科技有兴趣，有实际使用经验者加分。
- 具备数据分析思维，能从教学数据中提炼洞察并转化为行动建议。
- 做事细心严谨，善于在教育与技术团队之间高效沟通，能在快节奏的产品迭代环境中保持节奏感。
