内容运营实习生（AI方向）深圳实习运营 - 内容运营职位描述岗位职责和要求：
1、运用AI工具（如Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、可灵、Runway、剪映等）制作宣传海报、短视频、活动预热素材等，确保视觉风格符合游戏行业调性
2、协助制作企业招募宣传材料、路演活动PPT、活动回顾视频；参与入驻企业访谈及案例采编，输出企业成长故事、服务案例等宣传内容职位要求行业背景：
1、熟悉游戏行业：了解游戏研发、发行、出海、社区运营等基本概念，对游戏视觉风格（如二次元、写实、像素风等）有基本认知
2、对独立游戏、游戏创业生态有兴趣，有游戏公司实习经验或参与过游戏相关社团/项目者优先
专业知识和技能：
1、AI设计工具：熟练使用至少一种AI绘图工具（如Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、DALL·E），能独立完成高质量海报、配图等视觉物料；2、AI视频工具：熟练使用至少一种AI视频工具（如可灵、Runway、Pika、剪映AI功能），能制作短视频、活动回顾、宣传片；
3、审美能力强，对构图、色彩、字体、动效有良好把控，能输出符合游戏行业调性的视觉内容。投递
