Job Description

AI训练师深圳全职客户关系职位描述1. 拆解业务需求与痛点,将业务知识及操作流程转化为AI可理解的标准化SOP与训练规则;
2. 基于业务场景独立完成AI Agent搭建、配置及优化,设计合理Workflow逻辑,推动AI自动化在业务场景落地;
3. 筛选、整理、标注行业高质量训练数据,制定标注及质检规则,为AI模型迭代提供优质数据支撑;
4. 跟踪AI产品运行效果,收集反馈与数据,通过优化SOP、调整配置等方式迭代模型效果,提升业务适配度;
5. 协同业务团队,同步项目进展,输出操作手册,推动AI产品高效落地推广;职位要求1. 1年及以上AI训练、AI产品落地相关经验,智能制造、工业自动化、3D打印行业经验者优先,熟悉AI产品化全流程。
2. 对AI技术有清晰认知,了解大语言模型、AI Agent等基础概念,能熟练使用AI训练工具、配置平台或低代码工具,无需算法研发与编程能力。
3. 具备较强业务拆解与转化能力,逻辑缜密,能将复杂流程转化为AI可执行规则,细节把控到位。
4. 数据敏感度良好,可快速识别数据质量问题,制定合理标注及优化方案。
5. 具备优秀跨部门沟通协作能力,能高效对接各方,推动项目落地。
6. 学习与适应能力强,可快速掌握行业知识,跟进AI技术趋势,应对业务变化。
7. 责任心强,具备良好问题分析与解决能力,对AI产品落地效果负责。 投递
