【工作內容】
1. AI應用場景設計：
深入訪談終端用戶，分析業務痛點與瓶頸；將業務需求轉化為AI應用場景與規格，並設計AI代理(Agent)的決策路徑、自動化腳本。
2. AI解決方案組裝與原型開發：
運用企業內部數據與知識庫，在AI平台（如AWS Bedrock、微軟AI Foundry）上，透過提示工程(Prompt Engineering)、RAG (檢索增強生成)流程編排及API串接，組裝AI能力以快速打造、部署並驗證解決方案原型 (Prototype)。
3. 調校AI能力：
建立並監控end user的使用反饋機制，持續調教AI能力，包含優化提示詞、更新知識庫或調整流程。

【其他條件】
1. 5年以上銀行個人金融經驗。
2. 1年以上AI專案實作經驗。
3. 具基礎大語言模型(LLM)運作方式、提示詞設計工程、RAG及及fine-tuning等AI知識。
