【工作內容】
1.清洗並結構化企業內規與辦法文本，轉換為 AI 訓練與向量化標準格式
2.設計文本分段策略並建立 QA-Pair 規範，運用LLM製作高品質訓練數據集
3.制定並推動知識管理標準，執行各部門教育訓練並追蹤知識整理進度與品質
4.維護公司辦法清單，依重要性與敏感性進行分級與標註

【其他條件】
1.熟悉文本資料的清洗、去噪及結構化的流程與工具。
2.具備優異的跨部門溝通協調能力及教育訓練能力。
3.具備基礎資料分析能力，能使用 Excel 或其他工具追蹤知識數據品質。
【具以下經驗尤佳】
1.具備法律、金融法規或嚴謹合規性文本的處理或編輯經驗。
2.熟悉 RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) 技術原理，並了解文本切塊 (Chunking) 對查詢結果的影響。
3.有使用 LLM 進行數據標註 (Labeling) 或擴增 (Augmentation) 經驗。
4.具備 Python 基礎操作能力，能夠處理簡單的文本批次處理 (Batch Processing) 任務。
5.具備向量資料庫（如 FAISS, Qdrant）的基本概念，並了解 Embedding 技術。
