【工作內容】
1. 訪談業務單位，拆解作業流程為可執行子任務與決策邏輯，並撰寫規格書
2. 設計 Agent 執行流程、狀態機及工具調用順序，必要時提出 RPA/API 或平台規格書
3. 規劃整體 AI Agent 落地框架，並於缺乏標準工具時提出技術解決方案
4. 協調跨職能整合，追蹤 Agent 導入後的業務效益指標

【其他條件】
1.具備卓越的業務需求訪談、分析、流程解構及技術規格文件化能力。
2.熟悉流程繪製工具，能將複雜業務邏輯轉化為清晰的 Agent 執行流程。
3.對RPA、API 系統整合或業務自動化技術具備基本知識。
4.具備專案管理知識，能有效規劃與追蹤複雜的 Agent 落地專案。
【具以下經驗尤佳】
1.具備法金作業領域背景知識，尤其熟悉授信服務、國貿、客服等領域的作業流程。
2.熟悉 Agent/LLM 相關技術，特別是 Function Calling/Tool Use 的邏輯。
3.具備 電腦視覺 (Computer Vision) 或 GUI 自動化 概念，能用於規劃非標準 API 的操作方案。
4.有能力運用 Prompt Engineering 設計，來引導 AI 進行複雜的系統操作。
