【工作內容】
1. 因應金融場景業務需求，與業務團隊合作研發機器學習、深度學習模型，包含定義業務問題、規劃模型架構、數據清理、特徵研發、特徵工程、模型研發，以及模型實務應用成效模擬。
2. 模型數據源以結構化數據為主、非結構化數據為輔，依模型架構建構數據自動化處理流程，確保模型研發與部署一致性。
3. 與IT團隊協作將研發成果部署至行內機器思考環境，並定期追蹤正確性與模型效度。
4. 研發可覆用之演算法，以程式標準化模型研發程序。
【資格條件】
1. 具備以結構化數據研發機器學習/深度學習建模經驗至少2年
2. 熟悉Python、SQL、PySpark語法，具備Data pipeline概念
3. 熱愛數據分析、數據工程與機器思考模型研發
4. 善於學習、邏輯佳、具有良好溝通與獨立解決問題能力
5. 主動積極抗壓性高，能流暢簡報模型專案
6. 熟悉圖論、圖儲存且有相關經驗者尤佳、有數據競賽經驗者優先
7. 資深數據科學家須具備模型研發專案管理與執行經驗
