职位描述
1、解读 AI 芯片 (NPU) 设计 Spec，制定模块 / 子系统 / 系统级验证计划，制定验证策略、覆盖率目标。 2、使用 UVM+SystemVerilog 搭建验证平台，开发激励、参考模型、Checker；编写定向 + 随机用例，覆盖算子、指令、边界异常场景。 3、执行回归仿真，分析并推动功能 / 代码覆盖率收敛；使用 Verdi 定位 RTL Bug，输出验证报告。 4、搭建算子模型与 RTL 协同仿真环境，完成算子精度验证；参与软硬件协同、FPGA 原型验证。 5、Python/Tcl 开发自动化脚本，建设回归、日志解析、覆盖率自动化流程；关键逻辑添加 SVA 断言，按需 Formal 验证。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上，微电子 / 集成电路 / 电子工程等；3 年 + ASIC 数字前端经验，有 NPU/AI 芯片流片项目优先。 2、精通 SystemVerilog、UVM，独立搭建 UVM 平台；熟练 VCS/Xcelium、Verdi 调试工具，熟悉 AXI/AXI-Stream。 3、了解 AI 加速器原理，熟悉卷积、GEMM 算子验证思路。 4、熟练 Python/Tcl，较强问题定位能力，可独立承担复杂模块验证交付。 *加分：Formal、SVA、SystemC 虚拟原型、FPGA 验证、大模型 NPU 验证经验 *亮点：自研 AI 芯片全栈验证，覆盖计算核、存储、大模型算子场景，参与验证平台体系建设，保障流片质量。
