职位描述
1、参与自研 AI 芯片 (NPU) 微架构设计，负责张量计算引擎、指令调度、时钟复位框架、PI防御等核心模块 Spec 制定与 RTL 开发。 2、使用 SystemVerilog 完成模块设计集成，开展 Lint/CDC 检查、SDC 约束编写，配合综合做 PPA 优化，完成模块交付。 3、对接架构、编译器、验证团队，对齐指令集与算子映射；评估算力 / 带宽 / 延迟，优化数据流，实现量化、稀疏等 AI 硬件特性。 4、协同 DFT、后端解决时序、功耗问题；参与 FPGA 原型调试，跟进芯片流片、回片问题定位。 5、负责设计评审、代码评审，把控模块交付质量。
职位要求
1、硕士及以上，微电子 / 集成电路 / 计算机体系结构等；3 年 + ASIC 数字前端经验，有 NPU/AI 芯片流片项目优先。 2、精通 Verilog/SystemVerilog，熟悉 ASIC 前端流程，熟练 VCS、DC、SpyGlass；掌握 AXI/AXI-Stream 协议。 3、了解 GEMM、卷积、KV Cache 等算子硬件实现，熟悉NPU架构，流水线设计，具备 PPA 优化实战经验。 4、会 Python/Tcl 脚本，独立负责复杂模块从 Spec 到 RTL 交付。 5、加分：大模型 NPU、FPGA 原型、电源域低功耗 6、亮点：自研 AI 芯片项目，深度参与大模型 NPU 架构迭代，全流程从架构到流片落地。
